We're back!
At Service Design 2016, Canberra
Once again we’re supporting Service Design 2016 - but this time it's in Canberra. A workshop by international speaker, Jess McMullin, on rapid service prototyping, and conference are being held on 22-23 November.
Service Design is not only about designing services for a great customer experience, it’s also about building a shared understanding, vision and buy-in from the business stakeholders throughout the process. We know that the front end experience of customers’ needs to be aligned with the back end work processes and culture of the organisation so a shared understanding is paramount to the success of the project.
We’re looking forward to seeing our Experience Design Lead, Suzie Haddock, talk about “The unexpected results of going digital.” Suzie will reference case studies and current thinking on why the digital customers’ experience needs to be supported by smart, proactive functions.
We’re also looking forward to seeing a really interesting mix of presentations from the Australian service design community.
